Keeping complex projects on track
From procurement through construction and handover, we provide the management, commercial and technical input needed to maintain progress and support informed decisions. Our services can cover the full delivery phase or a defined stage of your project.
Surveys & feasibility
Assess site conditions, constraints and technology options before progressing into detailed design or significant investment.
Client-side project management
We coordinate contractors, specialists and stakeholders on your behalf. This includes managing programmes, tracking risks and actions, overseeing changes, and providing clear reporting so that decisions can be made at the right time.
Procurement, cost and contract management
We can help prepare and manage tenders, evaluate submissions and support contractor selection. During delivery, our commercial team can monitor costs, assess changes and provide contract administration or Employer’s Agent services where appointed.
Construction phase design support and continuity
Construction brings contractor input, site conditions and technical queries that may require the design to develop. Where agreed, HI Group’s design appointment can be novated to the contractor, allowing continuity through construction, with clear responsibilities for resolving queries, reviewing changes and maintaining design intent through to installation.
Commissioning and handover assurance
We can review commissioning plans and evidence, witness key tests and track outstanding actions against the agreed project requirements. We also support the handover of operating information and help you identify issues that need attention as systems enter use.
