With a degree in Energy Engineering and a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Systems, Nuno started his career in 2017 as Mechanical Project Engineer in the food industry doing restructuring projects for production optimization, production machine development, maintenance management and industrial energy efficiency.

Experienced in developing and implementing digitalisation strategies for the telecoms sector, Andrew is a certified Change Management Practitioner. Andrew has a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver complex and high-impact projects.

Charlie Davies

Business Development Manager

Charlie has a strong background in sustainable development, business strategy and project delivery. A PRINCE2 Practitioner with AgilePM and Change Management Foundation certification, his wide-ranging sector experience enables him to effectively guide clients on the best solutions for their needs.

Rachel Mamachan

Graduate Design (Sustainable Architecture)

With a Master’s degree in architecture and the sustainable environment and hands-on experience as an Assistant Project Manager and Junior Architect, Rachel has a strong foundation in both design and project execution. Her strong skills in spatial design and construction and passion for heritage architecture help the team devise holistic solutions suited to the fabric of the building structure.
